This decision comes in response to recommendations received, affirming that the identified vehicles will continue to be prohibited under MMDA Regulation No. 24-022 series of 2024, specifically on selected main streets.
During the grace period, which entails a moratorium on ticketing, fines, and impounding of e-trikes, authorities aim to focus on educational efforts.
